Results Software’s CRM System Passes Intuit’s Test with Flying Colors

Intuit, the creator of QuickBooks Accounting reviewed the Results CRM system with its bi-directional Quickbooks integration. The system was subjected to rigorous testing and analysis by Intuit (News – Alert)-Certified Third-Party Application Analyst and QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor Steve Green.

As a Gold-Certified Intuit Application Developer, Results was confident that their CRM and QuickBooks Integration would score well, and they were not disappointed.

On receiving an unprecedented 9.75 rating, the highest rating for any similar CRM system, Results Software were extremely pleased.

‘For QuickBooks users, the integration component is extremely robust; more so than many products I have looked at or worked with in the past,’ said Green in his review. He said that it differed from other products, which compromised on ease of use.

He also noted that unlike other products that sacrifice ease of use for a full-featured product, ‘Results navigation and search functionality are simple and allow you to easily and rapidly access the data you desire.’

As part of his review process, Green installed and used Results CRM to integrate with his own QuickBooks data., and at the end of it said that the support experience was phenomenal. He also praised the Results User Manual, product Training Corporate Web site and the technical support.

‘Results CRM products are specifically designed to allow small and mid-sized business to do more with fewer resources,’ Results president & Founder Naseem Saab, said.

Saab said that they extremely pleased that  Results CRM with QuickBooks Integration had been recognized as a highly rated tool for small and mid-sized companies.

The Results QuickBooks Integration module synchronizes customer, vendor, employee, estimate, sales order, sales receipt, invoice, payment and inventory data between QuickBooks and Results CRM. In addition, all transactions made are transparent. Regardless of whether the data is entered in Results CRM or QuickBooks, the financial status, history of each customer, the payments made are all visible.
