June 2, Highland, NYPrism Solar, a New York firm that produces a unique holographic solar technology for solar-electric modules, was chosen out of over 150 entrants to present its business solution to potential customers and test and integration partners at the TechConnect World Conference in June. Clean Technology & Sustainable Industries Organization (CTSI) hosts the international Utility Technology Challenge (UTC) with support from the US Department of Energy.
“…Prism Solar customers are currently testing holographic modules that demonstrate higher kWh production at lower costs, and the ability of holographic modules to outperform under low light conditions will be of particular interest to utilities,” says Rick Lewandowski, Prism Solar CEO.
