Marketfish Launches SaaS-Based List Marketing Platform

Marketfish, a comprehensive platform for list-based marketing campaigns, announced a fully automated list-marketing solution that leverages the potential of third-party marketing lists to connect marketers with their customers quickly and cost effectively.

The new Marketfish Platform is an automated Software-as-a-Service or “SaaS (News – Alert)” platform that allows marketers to easily complete a full list-based marketing campaign from list rental to campaign measurement. With this solution, marketers gain more control and greater insights into their campaigns.

According to Dave Scott, Marketfish founder and CEO, list marketing in its purest form has always been a highly effective marketing tool, but for too many years it was not as user-friendly as other lead-generation tools, making it hard for marketers to fully adopt.

With Marketfish Platform, marketers are again provided with the opportunity to come back to the list rental waters. “Our automated approach was developed to allow maximum impact for marketers through greater transparency and control,” Scott added.

The list rental process is a time consuming process; it takes an average of 24 days to complete the process. Through Marketfish’s Platform, marketers can reduce this period to less than 30 minutes, company officials said.

Marketfish’s full-service platform for list-based campaigns incorporates list discovery, campaign execution and real-time performance data in a single and straightforward interface. Marketfish enables extreme targeting, or the ability to target just the right customer every time.

This SaaS-based product helps marketers lead-generate campaigns with a few easy clicks. No phone calls, no faxing or no old school loopholes are involved. Users in real time can easily create their lists, set their campaigns and view campaign results.

PayScale has been using Marketfish Platform. Jon Lanman, online marketing coordinator, PayScale said, “We were able to immediately hone in on the high-quality lists we wanted and reach the right audience necessary to improve our return on e-mail campaigns, with stronger results than expected.”

In 2009 October Marketfish released the latest version of its list marketing platform. The release, dubbed “Great White,” includes expanded payment options, transparent pricing tallies, enhanced search and other features.
