M5 Networks, Inc., a major player in smart business phone systems using VoIP technology, has partnered with Firm Tech, Inc. to deliver voice service to corporations and legal firms in the Southeast U.S.
Firm Tech, Inc. is an Information Technology consulting firm servicing the Southeastern United States of America. Their specialized vertical markets include legal and professional services firms, not for profit and hospitality companies. Officials with M5 Networks (News – Alert) said that the company has had a growing presence in the south with active adoption of the M5 system by progressive companies in Georgia, Florida, and the Carolinas. Company officials said that the partnership with Firm Tech is expected to leverage both organizations’ expertise and client bases for even heavier penetration into professional practices and law firms. “Teaming with Firm Tech adds a new dimension to the M5 offering and provides an expanded synergy for all the legal firms we are servicing in the region”, said Jim Kanir, chief revenue officer, M5, in a statement. Kanir said that with the resources of Firm Tech the company can now offer a turnkey solution that is designed specifically for legal offices regardless of size or technical sophistication. “With the addition of M5’s smart business VoIP system to our offering we now have a total solution that extends beyond just the network infrastructure,” said David Boughter Jr., president, Firm Tech. Back in February INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine had named M5 Business Activity Metrics as a recipient of its 2009 Product of the Year Award. M5 Business Activity Metrics (BAM) is a business intelligence toolset that monitors and tracks all of a business’s phone activity, providing actionable information to help the business improve sales and manage customer service levels. M5 BAM Standard Edition records call volumes, duration and cost to deliver a comprehensive snapshot of call activity through reports, charts and graphs. M5 BAM allows managers to recognize business trends, make optimum use of resources, staff appropriately and spot and correct cost issues and inefficiencies that may be affecting the top and bottom lines.
