HyperCube, LLC, a premier provider of local and national switching services to the competitive carrier marketplace, has expanded its business relationship with XO, a premier communications and networking solutions provider for businesses, enterprises, government, carriers and other service providers.
XO has selected Hypercube as a supplier of voice termination services to destinations throughout the United States. For dedicated transport and interconnection services, Hypercube will further its use of XO as a preferred vendor. To meet the needs of all types of carriers, HyperCube owns and operates a nationwide network. HyperCube, through its strategically located state-of-the-art switches, and direct switching to end offices that provide a diverse alternative to the legacy tandem hierarchies, is capable of offering XO with a unique and compelling value proposition for its voice services. Through a collaborative, IP-centric interconnection plan that provides highly flexible, customized solutions, XO will be positioned to maintain reliable and cost-effective long distance termination. ”HyperCube is excited to team up with XO to exchange voice traffic,” Chris Malinowski, senior vice president of sales for HyperCube, said. ”As a leading provider of local and national tandem services, HyperCube helps companies like XO efficiently serve some of the largest carriers in the U.S. We look forward to expanding our relationship with XO by providing outstanding, dependable voice service.” The already successful business relationship between the two companies has been enhanced by this selection by XO. For its dedicated transport and interconnection needs, and in order to expand its network, HyperCube currently utilizes XO. XO’s protected facilities, as Hypercube’s preferred transport provider, provide the diversity Hypercube needs to deliver switched services to its customers with the reliability they demand. ”Given the past successes between our companies, as well as HyperCube’s competitiveness and effective network design, it was an easy decision to supplement our interconnection needs using HyperCube services,” Ernie Ortega, President of XO Carrier Services, said. “Bringing HyperCube into the mix of our existing voice vendors was a logical expansion of our business relationship.” In related news, HyperCube, a provider of local and national tandem services to carriers, has set up a colocation center within Telx’s Miami facility.
