GINSMS Chooses Pinnacle Communication to Strengthen and Enhance its Relationship with Investors and Financial Community

Under the terms of the services agreement, which is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Pinnacle will receive $2,500 per month and, among other things, will immediately assist GINSMS with the filing of its year-end financial documents, including the Management’s Discussion and Analysis, the development and production of its Annual Report and other Investor Relations related material, the development and production of the GINSMS Annual General Meeting, and the revamping and updating of the GINSMS website. GIN is a Hong Kong-based technology company and one of the only two companies offering Inter-Operator SMS (IOSMS) service to telecom operators in Hong Kong. GIN is servicing all mobile operators and Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) in Hong Kong as well as the two largest mobile telecom operators in China through business alliance. The company charges mobile telecom operators on a usage basis for inter-operator transmission of SMS within Hong Kong. The IOSMS gateway has the capability to handle GSM, CDMA, PHS and fixed line SMS transmission. It is superior platform to cope with Inter Operator and International SMS business for today and beyond. According to the HK OFTA statistics, the SMS traffic has been growing rapidly from 100 Millions in 2003 to 840 Millions in 2007.
