With this level of assurance, customers can focus their efforts on the most important business-related issues and improve the end user experience with the services being delivered. As a result, they can make cost-effective changes that will help enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat and new business.
According to the company, by leveraging the integration and deep analytics found across the CA eHealth, NetQoS, Spectrum, and Wily Application Performance Management (APM (News – Alert)) products, the CA Service Assurance portfolio uniquely links applications, transactions and services to infrastructure to facilitate better service delivery.
Jim Frey, research director for Enterprise Management Associates has stated that the need to think and manage in terms of service and transaction constructs is critical as organizations race to keep up with dynamic IT environments and better support the business. By combining its NetQoS (News – Alert) and Wily assets with those of eHealth and Spectrum, CA Service Assurance will help organizations move to a comprehensive service-based view of their world, from the end user experience, through the network, to the physical and virtual infrastructure.
