THE HAGUE, Netherlands — Judges at the Yugoslav war crimes tribunal deliver verdicts in the trial of former Croat military and police commanders, including Ante Gotovina, accused of atrocities against Serbs. Hearing scheduled to start 0900 GMT.

BUDAPEST, Hungary — A civilian group organized through Facebook (News – Alert), together with gay rights groups and several others hold rally protesting against new constitution (to be passed in parliament Monday only by the government parties) which they say is discriminative and limits personal rights. The protest is also against a disputed media law. A similar protest on March 15 drew some 30,000 people. 1600 GMT.
