Novarica is an insurance technology research, consulting and advisory firm.

“ATSC’s customers gave it the highest rankings that a technology service provider to the insurance sector has yet received,” Matthew Josefowicz, insurance practice director at Novarica and creator of the Novarica ACE Rankings, said.

The ranking, according to company officials, will also help the company improve its offerings for clients.

ATSC also ranked high in all other categories – Technology, Staff, Organization and Functionality.

According to Janeen Blanton, vice president of ATSC Insurance Division, the policy of the company is to partner with the clients to provide exceptional, ongoing value to their organizations. Blanton also added that client focus is affirmed by a score of 100 that respondents would “definitely hire this service provider again” and “highly recommend this service provider to a peer.”

Novarica’s rankings are made independently based on online surveys of senior technology and operational executives from at least five insurer clients knowledgeable about the provider’s services and employees.

“We appreciate our clients for recognizing ATSC services and employees so favorably in the Novarica ACE Ranking Survey,” ATSC chief operating officer, Sidney Fuchs, said. “While we are pleased with this high ranking, it also serves as a challenge to continually improve our offerings and deliver even greater value to our clients.”

Back in May, ATSC announced that it was reassessed at Maturity Level 3 of the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute or “SEI” Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development or “CMMI – DEV.” CMMI is an internationally recognized standard within industry to evaluate maturity in critical technical and managerial processes.
