ABP Technology Now an Authorized Distributor for Aastra MX-ONE Compact

Aastra, a global enterprise communications provider revealed that ABP (News – Alert) Technology, a division of ABP International, Inc. and a company specializing in the distribution of high-end technology products of Information Technology and Telecommunications, is now an authorized distributor for the Aastra (News – Alert) MX-ONE Compact.

“We are very excited to now offer the MX-ONE Compact as part of our portfolio. Our customers have asked us to provide more comprehensive enterprise solutions and the MX-ONE Compact fits that need with its rich UC applications, fixed mobile convergence and scalability to 1,000 extensions in a single cabinet,” Justin Ramirez, product manager Voice and Video at ABP said.Aastra’s MX-ONE Compact is said to offer small and medium businesses with a competitive solution for IP Telephony and Unified Communications (News – Alert). The MX-ONE Compact supports standards-based communications protocols like SIP on both extension and trunk lines and is available with a wide variety of terminals and applications. Moreover, with just a license upgrade the MX-ONE Compact can be converted to the full enterprise version of MX-ONE.The MX-ONE Compact include applications like Integrated mobility, productivity enhancing tools such as advanced messaging and call screening enable a more user-centric communications experience.”We have enjoyed a long-standing relationship with ABP as they are already distributors for Aastra’s IP portfolio including our SIP telephones, our SIP-DECT (News – Alert) cordless phones and ViPr™, our multimedia conferencing solution,” John Drolet, vice president of Sales, Indirect Channels and Carriers, Aastra USA said. ”One of the things that makes this partnership strong is that we both share a commitment to open standards based IP communications products and interoperable solutions.
